Air pollution, noise pollution, traffic congestion, and the pursuit of healthier lifestyles are now global concerns, electric bikes are rapidly being adopted as a solution, the e-bike is becoming a primary vehicle used for shopping, trips, social purposes, and cycling to work.
We believe that e-bikes are the future of transportation, we want to create commuting experiences that are better than existing alternatives. So we built the factory that covers over 3000 square meters with an output capacity of 5000 units/ month of city electric bike, MTB, Folding E- bike, Electric Scooter, Children bike and conversion kits in 2016.
Our factory integrates R&D, manufacture, and sale, with the professional R&D team, advanced production equipment, and testing laboratory equipment. Our company has already mastered the core technology of producing electric bicycles and scooters. We have rich experience in the cycling industry and are willing to make innovation and produce unparalleled products. At present our company has successfully developed seven exclusive patents featuring product: the world's first one button/remote automatic folding electric scooter AK-1.
We have a wide variety of designs for you to choose from, and we also accept OEM/ODM. Our e-bikes have passed CE ROHS and the bicycle parts like the motor, controller, battery, charger are qualified with the safety standard. All the bikes will be double inspected and tested in our factory then delivered by fully assembled. As a result of our high-quality e-bikes and outstanding customer service, we have gained a global sales network reaching to Asia, North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Oceania.
Quality Inspection Process
01、Raw material inspection
In the early stages of production, we conduct incoming inspection on all key components such as batteries, motors, controllers, instruments, chargers, frames, etc. By rigorously screening raw materials, we ensure that the quality of each component meets industry standards.
02、Production process monitoring
During the production process, implement full process quality monitoring, covering processes such as welding, assembly, and electrical connections. Each process has professional quality inspectors conducting spot checks and process audits to ensure that each link meets production standards.
03、Semi finished product testing
After assembly, we conduct electrical system and mechanical performance testing on the semi-finished products, check the stability of the electric system, and ensure that key components such as motors and controllers can operate normally.
04、Vehicle performance testing
Every electric bicycle undergoes inspections including braking, steering, lighting, and display systems before leaving the factory to ensure that all functions are functioning properly. Durability testing: Special tests are conducted on battery life, climbing ability, and motor power output to ensure that the electric vehicle can perform well in different road conditions.
Quality Inspection Process
05、Safety and reliability testing
We conduct a series of rigorous safety tests, including brake sensitivity testing, waterproof testing (to ensure the safe use of batteries and electrical components in rainy weather), and shock resistance testing (to simulate bumpy road conditions), to ensure the durability and safety of electric bicycles.
06、Appearance and detail inspection
In addition to functional testing, we also conduct strict visual inspections on electric bicycles to ensure that the body is scratch free, the paint is uniform, and all seams and assemblies meet aesthetic and sturdy requirements.
07、Final road test
In the final stage of quality inspection, each vehicle undergoes a simulated real road test drive to comprehensively test its riding comfort, power output, and braking effect, ensuring stable and reliable performance in actual use.
08、Pre-packaging inspection
After completing all quality inspection processes, we will conduct a final full vehicle inspection before packaging to confirm that all functions are normal and the appearance is flawless, ensuring that each electric bicycle remains in good condition during transportation.
